Requesting a return

Returns need authorization first. Email us at hello@qutipi.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll confirm your return and give you the return instructions. Please don't ship an item back without authorization — we may not be able to process unauthorized returns. If you're signed in, you can also start a request from your account page or our returns page.

Return window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, bidet attachments and any product that connects to your toilet or water supply must be uninstalled and completely unopened — once a bidet product has been installed or its packaging opened, we can't accept it back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear on your statement.

Non-returnable items

Installed or opened bidet attachments and other hygiene-related products can't be returned, unless they arrived defective or damaged — if yours did, contact us and we'll make it right.
